We will not refund DVD purchases due to incorrect formatting selection, as we post detailed product information on www.antonkuerti.com for review prior to purchase. We will however assist the purchaser in certain circumstances by providing a DVD disc in PAL format, without any of the original DVD packaging, to help mitigate difficulties. Beyond that, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for using an adequate media player that supports playing currently produced content.

We will replace CD and/or DVD discs if they have been damaged and rendered unplayable due to postal handling. We request a photo of the damaged item as verification prior to issuance of a replacement item. We will not replace damaged packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

To complete any of the above requests, we will first verify proof of purchase from www.antonkuerti.com/store. We will then advise where and how to return your item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used for original payment within 3 business days. Please allow that refund processing through your provider may take several more days to appear on your account.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
